RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
World Pharma is committed to providing customers with the highest quality products. If a product is defective due to shipping or manufacturing, customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

The product has been used or is no longer in its original condition after the customer has opened the seal (unless there is a manufacturer defect).

Note:

Customers are advised to inspect the product immediately upon receipt and provide feedback within the specified time to ensure their rights are protected.

For invalid return cases, World Pharma reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange request.

2. Return and Exchange Process & Timeline
Timeline for Returns/Exchanges

Customers can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt if the product has one of the defects mentioned above.

Process for Returns/Exchanges

Step 3: Product Exchange or Refund

World Pharma will ship the replacement product within 14 days of confirming the exchange.

If the product is out of stock, customers may choose to receive a refund or exchange it for a similar product.

3. Shipping Fees for Returns and Exchanges
100% free shipping for products that are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

If the product does not fall under an eligible return/exchange case, the customer will be responsible for their own shipping costs if they wish to send the product back.

4. Refund Policy (if applicable)
If a replacement product is not available, customers can request a refund through the following methods:

Bank transfer: The refund will be processed within 3–7 business days after the request is confirmed.

E-wallet (if applicable).

Or convert the refund into a shopping voucher for future purchases.
